The Pavilion collects personal information when you purchase event tickets through our web site and our affiliate ordering site. The Pavilion may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. We will not sell our customer email address list to third parties but may use our lists to notify you of specials and products offered by The Pavilion. People who try and bypass security systems, or "Hackers", are often very skilled at breaking through security systems though and therefore we can make no guarantee that your information is 100% safe.

If you have the settings on your browser set accordingly, we will use "cookies" to set the parameters of our system when you go through the ticket purchasing procedures. "Cookies" are text files that we'll place on the hard drive of your computer in order to remember what is in your shopping cart, etc. Allowing us to place a "cookie" on your hard drive does not grant us access to the remainder of your computer and "cookies" have purportedly been designed by Microsoft so that The Pavilion will be the only entity that can read the "cookie" we place on your hard drive. Disabling the use of "cookies" in your browser will render the site unusable. You should check the documentation of your browser to learn how to ensure that you are able to accept "cookies."
