Seaside Pavilion Privacy Policy

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE
This Privacy Policy explains the policy of the Seaside Pavilion (“The Pavilion”) regarding the privacy of information supplied by users or collected by us from users of the site. As part of the normal operation of the site, we collect information about you. This Privacy Policy describes generally the information we collect about you and how this information is used.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will endeavor to respect your privacy and will only use your personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail address or phone number, for reasonable business purposes. In order to establish a more personalized relationship with you, we will also use your personal information to determine what services you truly value.

The Pavilion collects personal information when you purchase event tickets through our web site seasidepavilion.org and our affiliate ordering site. The Pavilion may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. We will not sell our customer email address list to third parties but may use our lists to notify you of specials and products offered by The Pavilion. We will endeavor to ensure that only authorized employees of The Pavilion will have access to your personal information, and all employees of The Pavilion have been required to read our security policies upon their employment whether they are authorized to access your personal information or not. We have implemented security systems that we believe prevent most people from accessing your personal information through our site. People who try and bypass security systems, or "Hackers", are often very skilled at breaking through security systems though and therefore we can make no guarantee that your information is 100% safe.

If you have the settings on your browser set accordingly, we will use "cookies" to set the parameters of our system when you go through the ticket purchasing procedures. "Cookies" are text files that we'll place on the hard drive of your computer in order to remember what is in your shopping cart, etc. Allowing us to place a "cookie" on your hard drive does not grant us access to the remainder of your computer and "cookies" have purportedly been designed by Microsoft so that The Pavilion will be the only entity that can read the "cookie" we place on your hard drive. Disabling the use of "cookies" in your browser will render the site unusable. You should check the documentation of your browser to learn how to ensure that you are able to accept "cookies."

Upon completion of your purchase(s), the cookies will be removed from your computer.

It is important to note that The Pavilion site (seasidepavilion.org) may contain links to other sites, and that those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as The Pavilion.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, The Pavilion reserves the right to disclose user information when required by law, or if we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, or the rights and property of others.

By using this site, you signify your assent to The Pavilion's privacy policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our site. The Pavilion reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this privacy policy at any time simply by posting the changes on our site and you agree that it is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for updates. Your continued use of The Pavilion site following the posting of changes to these terms (whether you have checked for changes or not) will mean you accept those changes.

If you are unclear about any of the above stated policies or just have a question for us, please contact us.
